The Architect will be required to provide ServiceNow expertise as thought leaders in ServiceNow best practice, providing design, build, configuration and implementation on ServiceNow tenancy. You will be responsible for working closely with the ServiceNow development team in building ITSM tooling, configuring and customising workflows and change management for customers whilst executing on the Architecture within the ServiceNow roadmap adding new service modules, building bespoke solutions and implementation of solutions for customers.

5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect position
Accreditation as a ServiceNow Architect
ServiceNow CMDB ExperienceAny JML process experience is an advantage
ITSM CSM Experience
Ability to commit to a 2 days per week engagement (Potential to expand to 3-4 days pw throughout the 6 months)

6 months assignment | Outside IR35 | 2 days pw consultancy
