About the Role:
This role focuses on transforming technology operations by modernising toolchains, implementing AIOps-driven capabilities, and enabling automation for proactive IT management. You’ll play a key part in building observability frameworks and self-healing systems that improve resilience and performance.
Key Requirements:
- 8–12 years’ experience in IT operations, observability engineering, or monitoring architecture.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Elastic Stack, ServiceNow ITOM, and BMC tools.
- Experience deploying AIOps solutions, event correlation, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks.
- Skilled in Python, Ansible, PowerShell scripting, and incident response automation.
- ITIL 4, Dynatrace, or Splunk certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate legacy monitoring tools and build a modernised, unified observability stack.
- Deploy AIOps capabilities for intelligent alerting, automated ticket creation, and root cause analysis.
- Design and implement automation runbooks for proactive issue resolution and self-healing.
- Reengineer IT operations processes for speed, reliability, and proactive problem management.
- Deliver real-time insights and observability dashboards across enterprise systems.
