Sustainability Reporting Manager

As the Sustainability Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sustainability strategies across our organisation. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives, reduce environmental impact, and enhance our reputation as a sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities:

• The sustainability manager’s role in the organisation: The sustainability manager is expected to develop and implement sustainability strategies, goals, and action plans that align with the company’s objectives and industry best practices. The sustainability manager will also monitor and report on sustainability performance, lead assessments and audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and stay up-to-date with sustainability trends and regulations.
• The sustainability manager’s required skills and experience: The sustainability manager should have proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, energy reporting on statutory frameworks, conducting life cycle assessments, and applying sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines. The sustainability manager should also have excellent understanding of environmental issues, energy efficiency, waste management, and circular economy principles, as well as strong project management, communication, and influencing skills. A qualification in sustainability, environmental management, or related field is desirable, and knowledge of the facilities services industry is a plus.
