Application Support Analyst

We are looking for a Support Analyst to specialise in onboarding and client support at a Sustainability SaaS start-up. In this role, you’ll assist clients in complying with SECR regulations by helping them understand their data and gather necessary information. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts
• Familiarity with SECR regulations is a plus
• Proven customer or technical support experience, preferably in SaaS or software
• Works well independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Training or instructional design experience is a bonus
