About the Role:
This role focuses on architecting ServiceNow solutions that integrate with enterprise monitoring tools, enabling intelligent IT operations management, automation, and service health monitoring.
Key Requirements:
- 8–12 years’ experience in ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM architecture and large-scale implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, and ITOM Health modules.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms like Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC, and SolarWinds.
- Strong understanding of AIOps, predictive analytics, and service impact modelling.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver ServiceNow architecture for unified event management and automated incident response.
- Build and maintain CMDB and Service Mapping frameworks aligned with business outcomes.
- Implement predictive analytics and impact analysis for proactive IT service management.
- Ensure seamless integrations between ServiceNow and external monitoring platforms.
- Define governance and configuration standards for enterprise-wide ServiceNow usage.
