Service Transition Test Lead

As the Service Transition Lead, we are looking for someone with experience in customer-facing focus. Successfully executing test plans and strategies, along with significant experience in Windows 2008 to 2012 migrations. Remediation efforts and operational acceptance testing, ensuring smooth transitions and robust service verification.
