About the Role:
We are hiring an Observability Architect to design and implement an end-to-end observability framework, enabling real-time visibility, predictive insights, and proactive incident management across large-scale IT environments. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming how enterprises monitor, analyse, and optimise their technology operations.
Key Requirements:
- 8–12 years’ experience in observability engineering or monitoring architecture.
- Deep expertise in tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Elastic Stack, BMC, and SolarWinds.
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, data correlation, and AI/ML-driven observability practices.
- Experience integrating telemetry data with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- ITIL or vendor-specific certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design observability architecture covering logs, metrics, traces, and events across hybrid infrastructures.
- Build pipelines to unify telemetry data and reduce noise for actionable insights.
- Integrate observability solutions with ServiceNow Event Management for automated incident handling.
- Define dashboards, KPIs, and service health indicators to drive operational improvements.
- Enable predictive analytics and anomaly detection for proactive IT operations.
