About the Role:
We’re seeking a senior technical leader to own the end-to-end solution architecture for a large-scale technology and operations transformation programme. The Chief Architect ensures architectural integrity, alignment with business strategy, and delivery excellence across multiple domains.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, ideally in complex, hybrid IT environments.
- Proven leadership in large-scale technology transformations, command centres, or operations architecture.
- Deep expertise in ITSM, monitoring, observability, cloud platforms, and automation.
- Strong executive communication, decision-making, and multi-vendor management skills.
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Define and govern the overall technical architecture for the transformation programme.
- Lead architectural decisions on monitoring, observability, ITSM, and automation solutions.
- Manage and mentor architecture teams across multiple technology domains.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for C-level stakeholders and programme sponsors.
