We are looking for a Business & Quality Analyst for SaaS Fintech.

Transforming customer requirements into detailed documented specifications that can be estimated for effort with the delivery team
Gather and document customer requirements for new and existing solutions
Create detailed specifications for estimation by the delivery team
Update Confluence with supporting documentation
Document configuration changes and acceptance criteria
Raise JIRA tickets to support required work
Make necessary configuration changes based on customer requirements
Coordinate decision-making sessions for requirements and effort estimates
