About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly experienced consultant to lead large-scale digital transformation programmes. This role focuses on assessing IT operations, designing future-state operating models, and aligning business and technology goals for long-term operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years’ experience in digital transformation or operational strategy.
- Strong expertise in ITOM/ITSM operating models, maturity assessments, and business-technology alignment.
- Proficiency with platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and Grafana.
- Strong stakeholder management, governance design, and change leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 Strategist, TOGAF, or Prosci are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead IT maturity assessments and create actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Design and implement target operating models for people, process, and technology alignment.
- Develop governance frameworks and KPIs to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate executive workshops, securing buy-in from senior stakeholders.
- Drive change management, adoption plans, and process improvements across the organisation.
