Meet Tatum Solomon – Driving Digital Strategy at Synnovate

Give us a short background on yourself (Career snapshot to date)?

After completing a BCom in Marketing and Management Sciences with a specialisation in Project Management, I quickly discovered my passion for creating meaningful brand experiences and streamlining operations. With a creative mindset and a love for problem-solving, I found my niche in digital strategy, content creation, and client engagement.

I began my career in social media and community management, supporting diverse clients in the wellness, lifestyle, and professional services industries. These early experiences taught me the value of clear communication, strong relationships, and consistent execution. Now, I’m proud to be leading the digital marketing function at Synnovate – driving growth by helping shape the brand, build our digital footprint, and create content that connects us with businesses across the tech and sustainability space.

What drew you to join Synnovate & what excites you most about being part of the team??

What stood out to me about Synnovate was their clarity of purpose and their focus on sectors that are shaping the future – Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation, and Cloud & Security.

The company’s commitment to delivering value through both people and innovation really aligned with my own drive to create meaningful, strategic work.

Joining a team that’s both ambitious and human-centred was a clear decision. There’s a strong sense of momentum and vision here, and I’m excited to help grow the brand and support that mission through digital strategy.

What’s your role within Synnovate and externally?

At Synnovate, I’m responsible for leading and executing our digital marketing strategy. That includes managing our LinkedIn presence, creating high-impact content, building SEO blogs, shaping our brand voice, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure our messaging resonates with the right audience. My role also involves identifying opportunities to engage with both clients and candidates, showcasing our domain expertise, and embedding marketing into every touchpoint of the customer journey. Externally, I stay connected to industry trends and platforms to ensure we remain relevant, visible, and ahead of the curve.

Based on your expertise and experience, how do you feel you can best help Synnovate’s customers?

I help bring our value to life through clear, meaningful content that speaks directly to the needs of our clients. Whether a business is scaling its cloud infrastructure, seeking AI talent, or refining its ESG commitments, my role is to communicate our capabilities in a way that’s human, insightful, and solution-focused.

My background in community engagement and project coordination means I understand how to bridge the gap between vision and action – and that’s something I bring into everything I do for Synnovate’s customers. Whether it’s through strategic campaigns or purposeful content, I aim to connect the dots between business challenges and the exceptional talent Synnovate delivers.
